My greatest joy in life?

Handing people a lifeboat in the storm. Meeting them exactly where they are, and then taking their hand and showing them that there is another way.

 

I’ve been guiding people from all walks of life for over a decade on their own personal journeys.

 

Anxiety. Self-doubt. Depression. Imposter syndrome. Career confusion. Weight loss. Break-ups. You name it, we’ve been there, together.

It’s my calling, and something I had the absolute honour of deepening under the expert in-person training of Marisa Peer, the founder and creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

Now, I bring together this knowledge (and the proven results that come with it), a rich toolbox of different therapeutic methods, and a compassionate approach to help people just like you make MAJOR and QUICK changes in their life.

Our past doesn’t need to define our present; it is this ethos that I bring into all of my therapy and coaching.

There is no judgement. I create a space where the only path is the one waiting ahead for us. 

 

I do this using a combination of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, solution-focused mindset coaching, meditation, and life coaching.

 

No one human being is the same as another, and while we may be tackling the same waves, we’re all doing so in our own boats.

That’s why I believe that your treatment needs to be unique.

I build it around you, your sticking points and your needs.

While we may focus on one core problem, I can promise you that you will feel the changes across many areas of your life.

A 30-minute discovery call where we start to unpick the areas in your life causing discomfort, holding you back and getting in the way of your true happiness and potential.

The Deep Dive

We then move onto a more comprehensive analysis of your unique circumstances, your needs and how I can support them.

The RTT Session

Here’s where it gets exciting.

Around 75% of my clients say they feel better and more positive following our Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session alone.

RTT is science-based and is a powerful mix of CBT, NLP, psychotherapy, counselling and hypnotherapy.

The Solution-Focused Mindset Coaching

I offer 6 and 12-week solution-focused mindset coaching programmes. You can also book ad-hoc sessions.

After the first coaching call, 90% of my clients have been able to identify and implement changes that have immediately enhanced their overall well-being.
